I read this article yesterday that essentially says women who exercise while pregnant have babies with increased brainpower. Even as little as brisk walking for 20 minutes three times a week is apparently enough to see the effects.
Does that mean that if I keep exercising for 60 minutes four to five days a week that the McBaby will just keep getting smarter?
We’ll never know for sure, but it can’t hurt (me or the baby) to keep up with my regimen as long as I can.
