As you face the house, there's a separate garage on the left...
...and a fire pit to the right.
I liked this (relatively) little pine tree. It's so...cabin-y.
In addition to clothes, hairdryers, and enough shampoo to stock a salon, we brought food. Lots and lots of food.
Crackers and chips and cupcakes and candy.
Pound cake, snap pea crisps, and chocolate-covered peanut butter-stuffed pretzels from Trader Joe's, which were UH-mazing.
If we had enough shampoo for a salon, we had enough bread for a bakery. Several loaves of bread, bagel thins, mini bagels... Meat and cheese wouldn't be lonely in this house.
Oh yeah, wine too.
Just like in my house, we all stood or sat around the bar in the kitchen and chatted.
We got to the cabin Thursday night, which meant we got two full days up there. And that means you get to look forward to at least two more posts about the weekend.

So you're now publishing from the comfort of your couch?
