Or as I like to call them, One-Lump Cookies. Sure, a few had two Snickers Bites in them and a few had none, but for the most part, each cookie got one candy bar in it.
The base cookie dough was pretty fabulous. I was lucky that I made these while the McHusband was at work so no one but me was around to lick the bowl.
The cookies themselves were a good texture, but they were a little flat for my liking. I even chilled my dough on top of using chilled butter, but they still spread more than I wanted. Lucky for the cookies, what they lacked in looks, they made up for in flavor.
