{Recipe Recap} Strawberry Yogurt Bread

I had Greek yogurt.  I had strawberries.  This recipe popped up on Tasty Kitchen at just the right time.

I used almond extract instead of vanilla and you should’ve smelled my kitchen while the bread was baking.

I cut off one end of the bread to try it and for pictures and I froze the rest of the loaf.  But the small piece I tried was pretty good.  A little healthy-tasting, but not bad.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.  I enjoyed way more ice cream than I should’ve eaten and I’m assuming I’m not the only one who may’ve indulged so that’s why I went with a not-too-bad-for-you baked good today.
