{Recipe Recap} Everything Bars

I made these last week for the McHusband to take to his poker game on Friday.  He loved them, which made me happy. 

Two of my coworkers also loved them, but one coworker thought they had too much going on.  He didn’t like that not one flavor stood out enough.

 

For me, the flavor was fine enough, but I didn’t really care for the texture of the marshmallow layer.

The original recipe called for mini M&Ms, but I thought Reese’s Pieces sounded like a better idea.

After a weekend of sun and 70’s, we’re starting the week on a much grayer note.  It’s still supposed to be warm today, but that’s not going to last.  I don’t suppose I can really complain too much since it IS winter, even if it doesn’t feel like it.
