My cohostess, Melissa, made the diaper cake and did a fabulous job.
You can’t have a baby shower without a clothesline full of adorable-ness.
Time for some people!
Sara with Henry, our youngest guest.
Anna and Leigh looking super cute in their maxi dresses.
Greg’s mom and grandma.
I did the best I could for seating, but I sorta ran out of off-the-floor options.
Catie, Vanessa and Heather were among the lucky ones on an actual seat.
We played a couple of quick games then it was time for presents.
Someone gave Kim a tutu and lucky for us, we had someone there who could fit into it and give us a little fashion show.
A teal tutu and camo pants, what a combo!
Kim had some trouble opening this one box so Heather stepped in to help. I have no idea why Kim looks so scared, but I love that I was able to catch that expression on her face.
Melissa had the idea to put all the gifts on the stairs so we could see all the wonderful things that Kim received.
I think this was Henry’s favorite part of the shower.
Actually, I think it might’ve been Kim’s, too.
Before everyone took off, we went outside for some pictures. We were even able to get a couple shots of the entire group.
I made sure no one left empty handed. I’d made Strawberry Pop Tart Truffles as the shower favors. I had high hopes for them and they worked because they were pink inside (Remember the “meatballs”?), but they weren’t the tastiest things I’ve ever made.
Now we just have to wait for the baby to make her arrival at the end of July. Can’t wait to meet the little lady!

Love the stair display. Hmmm... I feel some copycat action heading to Sam's shower!
